UFL week 6 Picks & Best bets
Below I break down my picks for Week 6 of the 2024 UFL season.
birmingham vs Memphis: stallions -11.5 (-110)
This is the largest spread we've seen all season so I'm certain we're all a tad hesitant about betting on it.
But, the number aside, Birmingham is just too good. Yes, still undefeated, the Stallions average a league-high 367.4 YPG. We've seem the club alternate between quarterbacks with Adrian Martinez and Matt Corral. The general consensus favoring Martinez for his ground attack with 302 rushing yards (ranked first).
This top defense won't allow Memphis many points. Meanwhile, as the league's worst defense, I think the Showboats will cough up a lot.
houston vs st. Louis: Battlehawks -11 (-110)
The theme this week is rolling with large spreads, I guess. The Battlehawks are coming off not only their best offensive output, but the league's best offensive showcase with a 45-12 win over DC last week.
After watching the Roughnecks get trounced by the Stallions, 32-9, in Week 5 -- I'm not liking how they perform against tough competition. The confidence with St. Louis is continuing to grow.
arlington vs michigan: uNDER 42 (-110)
Poor Arlington and poor Perez. The guy is trying, folks. He leads the UFL with 1,150 passing yards but he just has no protection in the pocket. I wish I could say they'd earn their first win this week... But I don't see it happening.
We saw Michigan hold Birmingham and St. Louis to 20-points or less this season. The Panthers defense is pretty tough to overcome.
How To Bet On UFL Betting Odds:
While you can bet on spreads and point totals, one of the easiest ways to bet on UFL betting odds is through a moneyline. This moneyline bet means you simply pick which side you think will win between the favorite (signaled with a minus sign) and the underdog (with a plus).
A UFL moneyline of +200 means that you would win $200 on a successful $100 wager. That’s also equivalent to fractional odds of 2/1, decimal odds of 3.00 and implied odds of 33.33 percent. A negative moneyline of -200 means that you would have to wager $200 in order to win $100 on the favorite.
