WrestleMania 40 Betting Odds: Several New Champions Expected To Be Crowned

World Wrestling Entertainment will be hosting its biggest show of the year across two nights on April 6 and 7 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with WrestleMania 40.

It's a loaded lineup from top to bottom on both days, headlined by the return of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to in-ring action on Night 1 and a rematch of WrestleMania 39's main event on Night 2 when 2024 Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes challenges Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship.

Here's a look at the betting odds for every announced match as of April 3 and a prediction for who will emerge victorious in each bout.

Jump To Picks (Night 2)

Night 1 Of WrestleMania XL

The Bloodline (Roman Reigns and The Rock) vs. Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes

SuperstarsOdds
Roman Reigns and The Rock-700
Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins+400

Pick: Roman Reigns and The Rock

With the stipulation being that if Roman Reigns and The Rock win, then the main event of Night 2 would become a "Bloodline Rules" with no disqualifications or count-outs, which is the far spicier stipulation of the options available, then the end result here is a no-brainer.

Gunther (c) Vs. Sami Zayn For The WWE Intercontinental Championship

SuperstarsOdds
Gunther-300
Sami Zayn+200

Pick: Gunther

Gunther hasn't been pinned or submitted since joining the main roster on a regular basis. Sami Zayn is the ultimate underdog, and the training montages alongside Chad Gable on Monday Night RAW are very Rocky Balboa-esque, but it doesn't feel like the time is now to dethrone Gunther.

Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Becky Lynch for the WWE Women's World Championship

SuperstarsOdds
Rhea Ripley-500
Becky Lynch+300

Pick: Rhea Ripley

Rhea Ripley has emerged as not just the biggest star of the women's division, but arguably one of the four biggest in the entire company. Becky Lynch doesn't need the title to thrive, as evident by the success she's had over the last calendar year. There's no need to ruin a good thing with Ripley's title reign, especially with so many dream matches with the likes of Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill still to be had.

The Judgement Day (Finn Balor and Damien Priest) (c) vs. #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa) vs. The New Day (Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston) vs. The Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) vs. New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate) vs. A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory and Grayson Waller) In A Six-Pack Ladder Match For The WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship

SuperstarsOdds
The Awesome Truth+110
#DIY+250
The Judgement Day+400
A-Town Down Under+400
The New Day+700
New Catch Republic+800

Pick: N/A

WWE has added the stipulation that both sets of titles (RAW and SmackDown) will be separated in this match, meaning once one championship is secured, then the match will continue for the other.

Jey Uso Vs. Jimmy Uso

SuperstarsOdds
Jey Uso-250
Jimmy Uso+170

Pick: Jimmy Uso

This is the third time in WrestleMania history that actual brothers have competed against each other in a singles match, with Owen Hart defeating Bret Hart at WrestleMania 10 and Matt Hardy beating Jeff Hardy at WrestleMania 25. The heel has won each time, making Jimmy Uso a sexy underdog pick.

Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi vs. Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai and WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Asuka and Kairi Sane)

SuperstarsOdds
Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi-2000
Damage CTRL+700

Pick: Bianca Belair, Jade Cargil, and Naomi

Asuka fans are rooting for a Damage CTRL win since she has yet to win a WrestleMania match since making her first appearance at WrestleMania 34 in a loss to Charlotte Flair. With this marking Jade Cargill's debut, though, it's difficult to imagine someone pegged for megastardom being on the losing end on such a massive stage.

Latino World Order (Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee) vs. Santos Escobar and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio

SuperstarsOdds
Latino World Order-250
Santos Escobar and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio+170

Pick: Santos Escobar and "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio

Rey Mysterio picked up the pinfall win over his legitimate son Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 39. This match feels like a means for Dominik to get a victory back, as who knows how much longer Rey will be an active competitor.

Night 2 Of WrestleMania XL

Roman Reigns (c) Vs. Cody Rhodes In A Bloodline Rules Or The Bloodline Being Barred From Ringside For The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship

SuperstarsOdds
Roman Reigns+265
Cody Rhodes-425

Pick: Cody Rhodes

"The Story" ends at WrestleMania 40. Every ten years at this event, one of the biggest babyfaces in the company gets their career-defining moment while hoisting a world championship to close the show. It was Bret Hart at WrestleMania 10, (redacted) and Eddie Guerrero at WrestleMania 20, Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 30, and now Cody Rhodes in the City of Brotherly Love.

Seth "Freakin" Rollins (c) Vs. Drew McIntyre For The WWE World Heavyweight Championship

SuperstarsOdds
Seth "Freakin" Rollins+350
Drew McIntyre -600

Pick: Drew McIntyre

Drew McIntyre is doing the best character work of his career, and Seth Rollins has the built-in excuse of having already competed on Night 1 should he drop the belt here.

Iyo Sky (c) Vs. Bayley For The WWE Women's Championship

SuperstarsOdds
Iyo Sky+400
Bayley-700

Pick: Bayley

The odds are extremely lopsided in Bayley's favor, with four of the six women to have ever won a Royal Rumble match eventually going on to WrestleMania to capture gold. It's not a lock as these numbers would lead you to believe, but Bayley is deservedly the favorite for the time being.

Logan Paul (c) vs. Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens For The WWE United States Championship

SuperstarsOdds
Logan Paul-450
Randy Orton+425
Kevin Owens+400

Pick: Logan Paul

Unless Logan Paul is expected to take time off after WrestleMania, keeping the United States Championship around his waist is a better marketing move for the company as opposed to it going back in the rotation for regular television appearances and almost get lost in the shuffle.

LA Knight vs. AJ Styles

SuperstarsOdds
LA Knight-600
AJ Styles+350

Pick: LA Knight

The LA Knight bandwagon is still gathering passengers, and while momentum has died down a touch with other storylines taking centerstage, a big win over a performer the caliber of AJ Styles in one of Knight's biggest matches of his career will do him a ton of good.

The Pride (Bobby Lashley And The Street Profits) Vs. The Final Testament (Karrion Kross and The Authors Of Pain) In a Philadelphia Street Fight

SuperstarsOdds
The Pride-200
The Final Testament+125

Pick: The Pride

This match is probably the least-anticipated bout on paper, but the Street Fight stipulation adds a level of intrigue and anticipation that otherwise wouldn't have been there. Flip a coin.
