Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Oklahoma City Thunder ATS +9

Much of this prop is attributed to the possibility that both Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams will take the floor after sitting out Tuesday's 109-105 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. They're currently listed as questionable, so their status will need to be monitored throughout the course of the day.

This is just the third time all season that Oklahoma City has been an underdog of six points or more, having lost the prior two times SU while covering the spread just once. The Celtics, meanwhile, are 35-5 SU in 2023-24 when entering as an 8.5-point favorite or better, but they're just 1-4 ATS over their last five outings under that criteria.

A win by Boston will clinch the league's best overall record and home-court advantage throughout the duration of the postseason, so this is anything but a throwaway game. It's a large enough spread to like the Thunder to cover, though, with that number likely dipping should one or both of Gilgeous-Alexander and Williams be declared active.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Kristaps Porzingis UNDER 20.5 Points

It's rare that we roll with the UNDER on player props for same-game parlays, but we're going to give it a whirl here after oddsmakers were perhaps a tad too generous with some of these numbers.

Kristaps Porzingis is averaging 18.9 points over his last seven games, having scored 20 points on three occasions. While impressive, to hit the OVER on Wednesday, he'll need to contribute more than that, which he hasn't done since returning from a hamstring strain on March 18.

The 7-foot-2 big man did score 34 points against the Thunder on Jan. 2, mind you, which was his second-highest scoring night of the season. His more recent history, however, suggests anything above 20 points will be hard to come by.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Derrick White UNDER 5.5 Assists

This is another roll of the dice with Derrick White's assist numbers, but it's easy to see why the UNDER is favorable.

White has gone three-straight games with five or fewer assists, despite playing 36.1 minutes during that stretch. With that seemingly being the norm these days, let's hope that trend continues for at least one more night.
