NHL Shots On Goal Props Tonight: All-Star Break Has Guys In Vacay Mode

The NHL has an abundance of player and game props to get your hands on. A popular, rather simple option is shots on goal. We don't need the pucks to go in (though that's a nice bonus), we just need them to wind up their stick and hit the net.

NHL Prop #1 - Brady Tkachuk UNDER 3.5 Shots (-105)

NHL Prop #2 - Pierre-Luc Dubois 1.5 Shots (-200)

NHL Prop #3 - Alexander Barabanov OVER 1.5 Shots (-200)

NHL shots on goal odds: january 31

Who likes to shoot right now? With a couple of NHL matchups tonight, here are the guys we're leaning on to go OVER or UNDER their shots on goal prop.

Brady Tkachuk UNDER 3.5 Shots (-105)

The theme of tonight's picks will be -- vacation mode. Most guys have their eyes set on the upcoming All-Star break where a select few will head to Las Vegas and others dreaming about planned vacations.

I mean take a look at two of last night's games, the Blue Jackets with a 1-0 finish and the Sharks somehow defeating the Kraken 2-0. There's no juice.

Tkachuk has breezed through 52 shots in January, including eight in the recent overtime win against Nashville. Regardless, I don't think there will be much energy in Detroit tonight.

pierre-Luc Dubois OVER 1.5 Shots (-200)

Plenty of guys may be taking a night off but Dubois should not be one of them. In fact, now is the perfect time to try to inflate his stats just a tad. So far, that trade isn't panning out with the 25-year-old earning just 20 points.

alexander Barabanov OVER 1.5 Shots (-200)

Another guy who can use the vacay mode distraction on his quick trip to Anaheim, a fellow bottom-feeder team, as an advantage. The 26-year-old is a brutal -18 and has just nine points. Two shots is not a big ask, especially against the Ducks who allow 3.43 GPG.
