Cardinal take on Beavers in Week 9 contest
|Stanford Cardinal||Oregon State Beavers|
In what is suddenly a very important game in the Pac-12's North Division 6-1 Oregon State, still trying to track down that first Rose Bowl berth in almost 50 years, hosts 6-1 Stanford Saturday night for Homecoming in Corvallis (10:30 pm ET, ESPN).
The Beavers are 4-0 in conference play, after winning two Pac-12 road games in a row, over Washington State and Cal.
The Cardinal, meanwhile, is 4-1 in Pac-12 play, bouncing back after its upset loss to Utah with a 24-10 victory over UCLA Saturday.
In the early betting Stanford, which has beaten OSU three years in a row, was favored by five points over the Beavers.
This season the Beavers are 6-1 overall and 4-3 ATS against the number, while the Cardinal are 6-1 and 3-4 ATS. As for the totals, Oregon State is 5-2 on the OU, and Stanford is 4-3.
