College Football Week 13 Expert Picks

The Michigan Wolverines are 1-4 straight up and against the spread in their last five home games against the Ohio State Buckeyes. With Jim Harbaugh at the helm, it's time the Wolverines turn that misfortune around this Saturday in Ann Arbor.

The line is going off as a pick'em at Sportsbook in Saturday's game between the Buckeyes and the Wolverines in Michigan. Motivation plays a huge role in football, and the Buckeyes have suddenly lost their motivation for this game after falling out of a playoff spot with last week's loss to Michigan State.

Michigan, meanwhile, has had this game circled for over a month and both the team and the fans should be fired up. Look for the Wolverines to win in a tight, low-scoring battle.

MINNESOTA AND PENN STATE LIVE UNDERDOGS

Michigan State could wind up as a playoff team with a 10-1 SU record to date, but the Spartans are just 4-7 ATS over those 11 games. The Spartans are just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games coming off of a win, and a letdown game after last week's emotional upset wouldn't be surprising at all. Penn State's defense has played well this season, and the Nittany Lions should be able to keep the game close as an 11-point road underdog in East Lansing.

The Minnesota Golden Gophers are a 2.5-point underdog at home hosting the Wisconsin Badgers this Saturday. Minnesota has covered the spread in each of its last four games, pushing Michigan and Iowa to the brink over that stretch as well. At home against an offensively struggling Badgers team, the Golden Gophers look primed to pull off an upset.

TULSA TO CONTINUE DOMINATION vs TULANE

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane are 9-1 SU and ATS in their last 10 games against the Tulane Green Wave. This Friday's game in Tulane shouldn't be any different as the Golden Hurricane's offense will overwhelm the 3-8 SU home team. Take Tulsa at -7 on the road.

North Carolina had a rare off-day offensively last week against Virginia Tech, but still came away with a win to move to 10-0 SU and 7-3 ATS over its last 10 games. Look for the Tar Heels to close out their regular season with a win and cover as a 5.5-point favorite at North Carolina State.
