NHL Shots On Goal Props Tonight: McCann & Kraken To Dominate Sharks

The NHL has an abundance of player and game props to get your hands on. A popular, rather simple option is shots on goal. We don't need the pucks to go in (though that's a nice bonus), we just need them to wind up their stick and hit the net.

NHL Prop #1 - Kirill Marchenko OVER 2.5 Shots (+105)

NHL Prop #2 - Cole Sillinger UNDER 1.5 Shots (+145)

NHL Prop #3 - Jared McCann OVER 2.5 Shots (-110)

NHL shots on goal odds: january 30

Who likes to shoot right now? With a couple of NHL matchups tonight, here are the guys we're leaning on to go OVER or UNDER their shots on goal prop.

Kirill Marchenko OVER 2.5 Shots (+105)

Rolling the dice on a plus-money OVER for Marchenko tonight. He leads Columbus with 123 shots and is truly the only offensive weapon on the team that dwindles near the bottom of the league. The 23-year-old has hit the OVER on this line in his last four straight.

Cole Sillinger UNDER 1.5 Shots (+145)

The Blues are eager to keep their five-game streak alive and don't want to be embarrassed by a bottom-feeder team ending it. So, although St. Louis' defense hovers around league average (3.19 GAPG), I think it'll tighten up tonight. Sillinger had a solid start to January, recording 20 shots in six games. But, he's dropped off a bit since then, seeing just three shots in his last four.

Plus, eyes are set on the All-Star break. Did I mention his ex-girlfriend, Tate McRae, is performing? Quite a distraction.

jared McCann OVER 2.5 Shots (-110)

Jared McCann and Oliver Bjorkstrand are the tandem to watch on the Kraken, each notching over 120 shots this year. Each has their prop sets at 2.5 shots but McCann's profit potnetial is just a little sweeter.

The Canadian has only eclipsed three shots twice in his last five. However, when his group met the Sharks earlier this season, it was a 7-1 blowout and McCann picked up four shots. I'll expect a repeat.
