UFC White House Odds: Who Will Fight On Pennsylvania Ave?

The UFC White House odds are suddenly a hot topic after former President Donald Trump pitched a plan to stage a full fight card on the South Lawn as part of America's 250th birthday celebrations.

While the concept sounded outrageous at first, the idea now has real traction. The event is currently targeted for June 14, 2026 — Trump's 80th birthday — with reports confirming plans for the South Lawn to host the fights and the Lincoln Memorial to host weigh-ins.

UFC President Dana White is openly exploring the logistics, and superstars like Conor McGregor, Jon Jones, Alex Pereira, and Kayla Harrison have already expressed public interest in competing.

Will the White House Host a UFC Event?

The current working date — and the most concrete detail so far — is June 14, 2026, but multiple reports indicate that the UFC has not yet begun booking fights. White has acknowledged that matchups will start being assembled in February, giving the promotion several months of runway to craft a historic lineup.

The card is expected to have very limited capacity (5,000 to 6,000 attendees) due to Secret Service and federal security demands, with plans for additional fans to watch on large screens in a nearby viewing area. Still, fighters are lining up. McGregor says he's "locked in," Jones has publicly stated he'd accept any spot on the card, and Pereira openly wants a super-fight. Kayla Harrison and Caio Borralho have also thrown their names into the mix.

Challenges remain — particularly security, political optics, and the UFC's hesitance to guarantee a main-event slot to Jones after past withdrawals — but if any promotion can build a spectacle of this scale, it's the UFC. The level of fighter interest already makes this one of the most anticipated potential cards in UFC history.

Trump Claims 8-9 Championship Fights Will Happen

In a major update delivered at the Kennedy Center Honors in December 2025, President Trump revealed that the White House card will feature "eight or nine championship fights" — a staggering number that would more than double the UFC's current record of three title bouts on a single card. This remark caught the attention of MMA fans, who strongly doubted the plausibility of such a title-heavy card.

Trump also suggested that White is "actually holding back fights right now for six months," specifically to stack this historic event. With 11 total divisions in the UFC (not counting interim titles), featuring 8-9 championship fights on one card would represent an unprecedented concentration of title action and fundamentally reshape the promotion's 2026 calendar.

UFC White House: Potential Fights

Jon Jones vs Tom Aspinall

Tom Aspinall-125

This hypothetical clash remains one of the biggest dream scenarios for the White House card. Jones has said he's willing to return and even take a co-main event slot, while Aspinall has established himself as the heavyweight of the future. The UFC may hesitate to anchor the entire card around Jones, but the South Lawn backdrop would make this a generational moment.

Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler

Michael Chandler-138

McGregor hasn't fought since July 2021, but he's back in the testing pool and posting consistent training footage. Even without a confirmed booking, McGregor remains the UFC's biggest global draw — and few matchups deliver guaranteed chaos like a meeting with Michael Chandler. If the White House card aims for maximum spectacle, this is one of the most realistic fights to anchor it.

Jon Jones vs Alex Pereira

Jones vs Pereira Odds

Jon Jones-110
Alex Pereira-110

This is the superfight fans have been begging for, and for once, it's not just fantasy. Pereira has openly called for it, Jones has said he'd fight "anywhere on the card," and the White House event's prestige makes the timing perfect.

Pereira's kickboxing power and two-division UFC reign would make him the most dangerous striker Jones has ever faced, while Jones' wrestling, clinch control, and size advantages create a true clash of styles. If the UFC wants a historic moment on the South Lawn, this is the one fight that instantly makes the card feel mythical.

Sean Strickland vs Israel Adesanya 2

Strickland vs Adesanya Odds

Sean Strickland+100
Israel Adesanya-125

This rematch remains one of the cleanest narrative fits for a historic card. Strickland shocked the world in their first meeting, and a second bout would offer Adesanya a redemption arc on a massive stage. From a stylistic standpoint, it's pure striking chess — and exactly the sort of high-level showcase a White House card would want in its top three fights.
