BetMGM's live betting menu is robust and comprehensive, including obscure sports like handball, snooker, dart,s and table tennis. Most sports display the exact time remaining in the game along with the live score, so you can ensure you don’t put in a stale bet because of a lagging television feed. A few sports provide an estimate of the time remaining in a game, i.e., “< 5:15“ to signal there’s less than 5:15 remaining in that quarter or period, which can be annoying.

The most commonly bet live odds are conveniently displayed, and if you click the small “All wagers” link in the bottom-right corner of a game, it will display an expanded menu of betting options for that contest. BetMGM allows you to create Same Game Parlays in its live betting menu, which is a major plus.

BetMGM Review: Live Streaming

BetMGM's selection of live streams includes international soccer, basketball, volleyball, and hockey games. With these events overseas, you can watch Norwegian hockey or soccer in Czechia while pouring syrup on your morning pancakes.

I recently emailed BetMGM's customer support (Arizona) at 8:09 p.m. and had a helpful answer back by 8:22 p.m. The specific phone number and emails for BetMGM customer support depend on which state you're in. This is noteworthy because the following states don't have telephone customer support options: New York, Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Ohio, and West Virginia.

BetMGM has a long list of FAQ articles that can keep you from having to talk to someone, but if that's necessary, their staff is friendly and helpful. The 24/7 live chat is easy and returns quick answers. BetMGM's phone support isn't 24 hours, but considering some sportsbooks don't offer phone support at all, I don't mind.
