As mentioned above, one of TonyBet’s biggest drawbacks is the lack of a downloadable sportsbook app for North American users. However, phone users can still access a mobile version of the site within a phone’s browser. I like the desktop version much more. 

The site does take some getting used to at first. For instance, runs in baseball are referenced as "points" and parlays are often called "multi bets." Sports with clocks that count down to zero (football, basketball, etc.) show clocks counting up, like in soccer, while live betting. These quirky differences can cause some minor confusion at first.

TonyBet recently added a "cash out" button to pending wagers so you can get a little money back if a bet is going really poorly. Just be careful with this button because nothing is worse than cashing out and watching your team make an epic comeback.

TonyBet promises to get back to customer within 24 hours of your email being sent, but I got an answer back in 36 minutes when I emailed them on Monday morning in March.
