In this complete ToonieBet review, I looked at the strengths, weaknesses, and unique features. I'll go over what makes ToonieBet stand out from other sportsbooks, the kinds of wagers you can make, and much more.

ToonieBet Strengths
- Plenty of Promos: I loved the wide range of promotions available as soon as I downloaded the app. There was no waiting period before being offered plenty of reasons to use ToonieBet.
Snappy Interface: Odds update in real time when you adjust sliders for markets like totals, the app loads up and navigates smoothly, and I never experienced any hiccups while using the app.
- Betting Insights: ToonieBet provides insight into some of their available wagers. For example, the app noted that the Cardinals had lost at half-time and full-time in their last seven games against the Seahawks.
- Wide Variety of Markets: You can find the traditional markets that you'd expect, but ToonieBet also offers fun options like times of first scores. There are lots of sports available to bet on, too.
ToonieBet Weaknesses
- Grouped by Sport, Not League: I would prefer to have things sorted by league rather than sport with the home screen's tiles. You can still get to league menus, but it's an extra click or two.
- Color Scheme: The plain scheme lacks much contrast and can make it easy to feel like things are bleeding together. It's nice that the app isn't flooded with eye-searing colors, but it needs a bit more pop.
- Only Adequate Search Function: You can only search for teams and championships. So you need to search for Thunder if you want to place a bet on Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, for example. While hardly the biggest weakness, it's still inconvenient.
- Extra Steps To Build Same-Game Parlays: I went to build a same-game parlay (SGP) from a game page and wasn't able to. I had to specifically build it in the SGP menu despite having the same options and odds on the main matchup page.
ToonieBet App & Features
My favorite feature in the ToonieBet sportsbook app is the "My Markets" feature. You can select a market, like Anytime Touchdown Scorer, Correct Score, or Total Hits, and that market will be shown in a "My Markets" tab. This feature works both if you bet on a game before it starts and if you're live betting.
ToonieBet does a great job of showing which games are happening live, whether it's a European hockey game or an intense MLB matchup. It makes it really easy for those who enjoy live betting to find wagers on current contests. You can even click the live button so that all you see are live games. You can flip between the home, search, and live options using the trio of buttons near the top of the screen.
You can complete "Collections" in the app to earn extra rewards and bonuses. One of the rewards from the Claw Machine mentioned above is coins used for "cards" that are in pre-sorted groups. Some of the cards only take a few coins to unlock, while others can require over 100. You can also get coins by completing "Challenges." These are essentially achievements that you can unlock by betting on specific sports or playing certain casino games.
There's even a selection of virtual sports to wager on if that's something you're interested in. You can find these by navigating to the virtual sports tab from the menu.
The app features casino and live casino tabs if you're curious about the online casino, too. There are slot games, live-dealer games, and more.
ToonieBet vs Competitors
ToonieBet is competitive despite being a newer name in the industry that launched in 2024. The sportsbook isn't missing many features, has multiple customer support options, and has a variety of ways to make your betting experience better with promos and boosts. However, we recommend having more than one sports betting app if you're in an area with multiple options, since you can shop around to find the best odds for the wagers you're interested in.
ToonieBet Review: Live Betting
I touched on ToonieBet having a "Live" tab earlier, and it's here that you can find all of the games you can live bet. There's far more than just your typical moneyline or spread available for live bettors, too. Among ToonieBet's other live-betting markets, you'll find options like the result of the next at bat, the race to certain point thresholds, and whether the final score of a game will be odd or even.
There are simple graphics available for you to follow along with while you're making your live bets. For example, I was able to see who was batting and where pitches had been thrown relative to the strike zone while checking out a game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds.
ToonieBet Review: Live Streaming
ToonieBet does have some live streaming, but it's currently limited to sports and events like table tennis and esports rather than the NFL or NBA. You can check out all of the live events that have streaming options by toggling the streaming button in the top left of the app after opening the "Live" menu.
ToonieBet Odds and Betting Markets
The odds I saw with ToonieBet were fair and in line with most of the industry. This held true when I used the adjustment options for totals and spreads. In addition to customizable singles, you can also build parlays and same-game parlays with ToonieBet, though you need to be in a matchup's same-game parlay menu to make the latter.
Remember that you'll still want to shop around for better prices if you can, but ToonieBet's odds are fair across the board.
