Tennis Betting: 2012 French Open Odds

Rafael Nadal and Maria Sharapova are the overall favorites on the French Open odds as the tournament gets ready to complete its quarterfinal round on Wednesday at Roland Garros.

Nadal, who will face Nicolas Almagro in his quarterfinal matchup, is at 4/9 odds to win the French Open again this season at Sportsbook, putting him ahead of both Novak Djokovic (3/1) and Roger Federer (8/1).

Djokovic and Federer have already advanced to the semifinals of the tournament, with Djokovic the -200 favorite over +150 underdog Federer for their match.

David Ferrer and Andy Murray will meet in the other remaining quarterfinal in the men's draw, with Ferrer at 22/1 on the odds to win the French Open and Murray at 28/1. Almagro is at 100/1.

Over in the women's draw it's Sharapova as the 5/4 favorite as she prepares to take on Kaia Kanepi in the quarterfinals on Wednesday; Sharapova is a big -375 favorite at Sportsbook for that match.

Samantha Stosur, who has advanced to take on Sara Errani in the semifinals later in the week, is then at 2/1 to win the tournament, with Petra Kvitova at 9/2 on those tennis odds.

Kvitova is favored at -500 in her quarterfinal match against Yaroslava Shvedova, who is the 33/1 longshot in the women's draw to win the French Open. Errani is at 7/1, with Kanepi at 20/1.
