But, that's not all folks! UFC 317 features a doubleheader of championship bouts as Alexandre Pantoja and Kai Kara-France go to war for the flyweight championship in the co-main event.

McKinney should have free reign in getting his bout with Viacheslav Borshchev to the mat, making him an easy pick in the UFC 317 prelims. The Chicago native has won three of his past four bouts in devastating fashion. Plus, his athleticism, strength and grappling advantage will be on full display.

Meanwhile, Jhonata Diaz is the easy pick in the early prelims. Alvin Hines is a 33-year-old fringe-level UFC heavyweight prospect who lacks a dominant trait. Contender series veteran Diaz should make quick work of Hines, as his size, speed and striking advantage will be on full display from the opening bell.

Topuria moves up to lightweight after dominating the UFC featherweight rankings. The Georgian champ will be a heavy favorite over 35-year-old Charles Oliveira, as as such I'm backing him to win this bout. While he'll certainly be the smaller fighter, the 28-year-old Topuria is firmly in his prime. His speed and devastating striking skills will be on full display, and Topuria has demonstrated the power to put larger opponents away. Oliveira has been an upper echelon fighter for a long time now, but wars with the likes of Tony Ferguson, Dustin Poirier and Islam Makhachev have gotten the best of him. Topuria is a teammate and friend of Makhachev who will passed along the blueprint to defeating the Brazilian. I like Topuria to pick apart Oliveira and win this bout with ease.

Don't look now, but Alexandre Pantoja has already defeated Kai Kara-France. That bought came all the way back on the Ultimate Fighter season 24, way back in 2016. "The Cannibal" remains the flyweight division's most formidable fighter, landing 4.41 significant strikers per minute. However, its Pantoja's elite grappling that have powered the Brazilian to three straight title defenses. The Rio de Janeiro native averages nearly three takedowns per 15 minutes, is always a submission threat, with 11 wins in his career. I like Pantoja to mix up his levels of attack, dictate the pace and control this bout. Bet on the champ to wear down Kara-France at UFC 317.
