TJ McConnell OVER 13.5 Pts + Reb + Ast

We're back to the reliable veteran point guard TJ McConnell for the first leg of our NBA Finals Game 5 same-game parlay.

McConnell has been on a tear away from home of late, surpassing this line in five straight games while averaging 16.6 pts + reb + ast. He's shooting an unfathomable 60% from the field and knocking down 43% of threes in his last five road games, and is a great bet to cross this line once again in Game 5.

After all, McConnell put up 20 pts + reb + ast in Game 2, and is averaging 7.2 potential assists and six rebounding chances a night away from home. All of this production comes along in just 18 minutes per game, as McConnell sparks the Pacers second-unit. Expect to see a ton of TJ McConnell in transition as Indiana fights for the upset on Monday night.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander OVER 1.5 Steals

After powering the Thunder to a gritty Game 4 victory, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's confidence will be sky-high for Monday night's showdown. But, we're going to back the NBA MVP's defensive prowess in Game 5.

SGA has surpassed 1.5 steals in seven straight home games heading into this one, while averaging 3 steals a game. Crucially, he's grabbed at least two steals in four of five games in the NBA Finals, and is averaging 2.4 a night against Indiana.

The Pacers lightspeed offense has its benefits, however, players are more prone to mistakes when operating at warp speed. On top of that, Indiana is continually involving Shai in its offensive actions in order to wear him down, and avoid the defensive prowess of Lu Dort and Alex Caruso. In turn, this opens up more opportunities for the Hamilton, Ontario native around the basketball to grab a couple of steals and help us cash. Back SGA to grab at least two steals as the second leg of our NBA Finals Game 5 same-game parlay.

Pascal Siakam OVER 3.5 Assists

As one of only two players with NBA Finals experience before this series, Pascal Siakam has shone for the Pacers. He's failed to make the highlight reel that some of his teammates have put together, but Siakam has been a consistent force for Indiana. In four games so far, the 2019 NBA Champion is scoring 18.8 points to go along with 7.8 rebounds and 4 assists per game.

Most importantly for our wager, Siakam's hit at least three assists in 10 straight games away from home. In fact, he's averaging 4.2 assists a night in his last 10 road contests, and has registered at least four helpers in three straight contests.

Indiana's shooters have stayed hot in the NBA Finals, knocking down 47% of shots, and hitting 37% from three-point land. That bodes well for Siakam's assists in Game 5, as he's averaged 6.4 potential assists in his last five games. The former Toronto Raptor is a matchup nightmare, who opens up potential opportunities for his teammates as the defense is forced to send help. Bet on Siakam to surpass 3.5 assists once again in Game 5.
