Pascal Siakam OVER 21.5 Points
With star point guard Tyrese Haliburton ailing, the Pacers desperately need someone to shoulder the offensive load. That player must be Siakam in Game 6 as Indiana fights to push the NBA Finals to a deciding Game 7.
Siakam has been a consistent force this postseason, and has scored 20 or more points in three straight games. The former Toronto Raptor put up 28 in Game 5, and I think Rick Carlisle creates a few more options for his star big man in Game 6 at home. The NBA All-Star is shooting a wildly efficient 51% from the field over his past 10 games, and knocking down 45% of three pointers in the that time. I also like Pascal to force his way to the free throw line in Game 6, aggressively attack the Thunder defense from tipoff.
The Pacers need to get offensive production from somebody, and I like Siakam to be the focal point of their attack on Thursday night.
Obi Toppin OVER 16.5 Pts + Reb + Ast
Haliburton's injury also opens up more offensive opportunities for Obi Toppin, who's been shooting the lights out in the NBA Finals. The former New York Knick is knocking down 49% of shots in this series, while averaging 7.3 rebounding chances and 2.1 potential assists a night.
Even if he only registers half of the 10 chances for rebounds and assists, Toppin has scored 12 ore more points in four of his last six games. Toppin has turned in Rick Carlisle's secret weapon, as his athleticism allows the Pacers to play small ball while maintaining outstanding offensive flexibility.
Toppin is bringing the energy off the bench for Indiana, and I expect that to continue at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday night. Bet on Obi Toppin OVER 16.5 Pts + Reb + Ast as part of our NBA Finals Game 6 same-game parlay.
Alex Caruso 2+ Steals
Let's round out our Thunder vs Pacers same-game parlay in style. I'm backing Alex Caruso to continue his fantastic defensive play and register at least two steals in Game 6.
As one of the only players in this series with prior NBA Finals experience, Caruso has stepped up his game when it matters most averaging 12.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.8 steals a game. Most importantly, he's grabbed at least two steals in four of his last five games on the road, and has steadily played more minutes as the series progresses. While he doesn't start, Caruso is playing more minutes that guys like Cason Wallace and Isaiah Hartenstein, averaging over 30 minutes a night since Game 3.
He's a constant defensive pest, using his outstanding positioning and physicality to make Pacers' scorers lives hell. Plus, Caruso is also good for a second-half help steal, as he always seems to anticipate the offenses next move and pops up from the weak side to pilfer the basketball. Back Caruso again on Thursday night.
