NFL DFS Lineup: 49ers Stack

Fantasy footballs far from over. We've got two fantastic games on the docket for Championship weekend. There's still plenty of opportunity and money to be made playing NFL Daily Fantasy Football for the AFC and NFC Championship games.

You know the drill, with DFS you're crafting the very best daily lineup you can within the budget set by your book. With Daily Fantasy, every day's another potential Super Bowl. There are plenty of mouthwatering matchups to chase the NFL's best offensive players for Championship Weekend. As always we're swinging for the fences with our weekly NFL DFS lineup.

Quarterback: Brock Purdy

Whether you believe Purdy is a system-quarterback or a wonderful player in his own right is arbitrary, he’s the best value quarterback on the board.

Talking heads love to discuss the best unit among these four teams, and the San Francisco 49ers offense can make that case. The weakest? Clearly the Detroit Lions and their 25th ranked pass defense. Detroit has allowed Matthew Stafford and Baker Mayfield to combine for 716 passing yards 5 touchdowns in the playoffs. This is the easiest DFS play of the week.

Running Back: Christian McCaffrey

San Francisco 49ers vs Detroit Lions

Big players make big plays, in big games. And that’s exactly what we’re hoping for from Christian McCaffrey in the NFC Championship game.

McCaffrey was his usual dominant self against the Packers last week. Powering the 49ers to victory after the team stumbled out of the gates. He finished with 128 total yards and two scores is a good bet to put up similar stats against the Lions porous defense.

Running Back: Justice Hill

Baltimore Ravens vs Kansas City Chiefs

Hill saw 15 touches last week and ended up 77 total yards against the Texans. He may see similar volume as the Ravens employ a run heavy approach against the Chiefs.

Todd Monken could deploy Hill in an effort to spark the Ravens rushing attack. He's far more explosive than Gus Edwards, and is able to get outside the tackles with ease.

Wide Receiver: Amon-Ra St. Brown

Detroit Lions vs San Francisco 49ers

I told you to fire up the Sun God last week, and after he hauled in 8 receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown we’ll do it again.

After seeing 14 targets last week against the Bucs, Amon-Ra is set to be a huge piece of the Lions game plan in the NFC Championship. He’s averaged 105 yards and 11 targets per game over the past five weeks. Plus, the Sun God has found the end zone in four of the last five games. St-Brown is the most consistent player on the field and is a must start in your DFS lineup.

Wide Receiver: Rashee Rice

Kansas City Chiefs vs Baltimore Ravens

While Taylor Swift’s boyfriend remains Patrick Mahomes top target, Rashee Rice is far and away Kansas City’s number one receiver. He’s gone for at least 91 yards in three of the past four games, and scored two touchdowns along the way. He’s averaged 8.6 targets over the last five weeks, and should see plenty of volume and the Chiefs look to unlock the Ravens top rated defense.

Rice OVER 59.5 receiving yards at -110 odds is an intriguing AFC Championship game prop.

Wide Receiver: Rashod Bateman

Baltimore Ravens vs Kansas City Chiefs

Bateman caught all three of his targets last week for 39 yards. He’s averaged nearly six targets in a game in his last four contests, and will exploit single coverage against the Chiefs. Kansas City needs to use so many resources slowing down the Ravens rushing attack, and stopping Zay Flowers, Isaiah Likely and Odell Beckham Jr. Bateman is the man who needs to step up and win his matchups.

Tight End: George Kittle

San Francisco 49ers vs Detroit Lions

A huge part of the 49ers play-action passing game, George Kittle hauled in four catches for 81 yards and a touchdown against the Packers last week. He’s Brock Purdy’s security blanket and will be able to exploit a Detroit Lions secondary allowing an average of 5 receptions for 55 yards to opposing tight ends this season.

FLEX: Jameson Williams

Detroit Lions vs San Francisco 49ers

Williams is the type of high-upside flyer who can win you some cash this weekend. Detroit will have to keep San Francisco’s vaunted zone defense honest to have any chance of pulling off the upset on Sunday. Offensive coordinator Ben Johnson must find creative ways to stretch the field. If the 49ers back seven can key in on underneath zones, this game could be over quickly. Expect more than a few shots to Williams to be involved in the NFC Championship game plan.

D/ST: Detroit Lions

Detroit Lions vs San Francisco 49ers

We have to play the Lions in order to pay for our superstars above. Let’s hope they can find a sack or two.
