NHL Prop Bets & Picks: Tuesday, January 9

After a quick browse through the NHL matchups tonight, here's the best prop bets we've found.

Toronto Maple Leafs To Score A Goal In Each Period (+120)

The Leafs return from the West Coast, where they went 3-0, and head back to Scotiabank Arena. Their last outing along the California coastline was a trip to the SAP Arena to dominate the Sharks, 4-1. Now, it's Toronto's turn to play host and aim to take down San Jose... again.

You guessed it, the Leafs found the back of the net in each period just a few days ago against the Pacific Division's bottom-feeders. Oh, did we mention that this is William Nylander's first appearance since signing his hefty contract? Yeah, let's consider this one a lock.

Nikolaj Ehlers OVER 3.5 shots (+100)

The Danish winger loves to rip some shots against the league's worst. In his last five outings, Ehlers has winded his stick to hammer 20 shots. He had no issues collecting nine shots across his meetings with Anaheim and Arizona over the last week. So, do you really think he'll quiet down against Columbus, who are barely hanging onto 35 points and allowing the third-most 3.66 GPG

pastrnak 1 or More Powerplay Points (-105)

If there's one thing we know about Arizona, it's that those Coyotes end up in the box quite often, racking up the seventh most penalty minutes in the league. Bruins' Pastrnak is focused on obtaining a career-high 117 points this season.

Currently, 23 of his 56 points have been pocketed with an extra man on the ice. So, versing a team that is quite friendly with the penalty box and being featured on the first powerplay unit will guarantee Pasta some promising chances tonight.
