Call me insane, but the UNDER on Soroka's Ks is the move. The Sox right-hander was never a strikeout guy in years past, and this year, he's not missing many bats.
Soroka's whiff rates are near the bottom of baseball and he's tossed 11 innings this season with just two total strikeouts (which both came in his last start). As usual, the Guardians own the fourth-lowest strikeout rate in MLB (18.5%), helping our bet.
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Bo Naylor UNDER 1.5 Total Bases (-160)
This line is a head-scratcher. The Guardians catcher has started the year batting .167 with one homer, yet his prop total Tuesday sits at 1.5 total bases. Nope!
Naylor has the pop but he's only hit this OVER in two of seven games this season (29%) and has gone three straight games without totaling a single base.
Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: UNDER 9.5 Runs (-145)
You can call this the anchor of the parlay, as I'm quite confident in the security of this bet. Monday's game ended in a 4-0 Guardians win over the Sox, marking Cleveland's seventh straight contest UNDER 9.5 runs.
These clubs will erupt on offense eventually, just not Tuesday.
