We've already got some massive Super Bowl 59 bets ahead of Chiefs vs Eagles. According to BetMGM data on notable bets, we've already had a wagerer lock in an $800K bet on the Eagles to win and a $300K on the Chiefs moneyline. As well, there have been some niche prop bets that could pay out +10000 or more.
I'll break down all the notable bets we've seen come in on Super Bowl 59, so far:
Biggest Super Bowl Bet: $800,000 On The Eagles
One user has placed a massive $800K wager on the underdog Eagles to beat the Chiefs in Super Bowl 59. With exactly even moneyline odds at Sportsbook, the wager would payout $1.6 million if Philly can get it done.
This user is't alone, though. The Eagles ML is actually the most popular Super Bowl bet placed so far, per BetMGM. A majority of users are on Philly in every single US state the book operates in except for Kansas.
The biggest bet that's come in at BetMGM on the Chiefs so far is $300,000, which would pay out $549,000.
If you're going to place a big wager on Super Bowl 59, be sure to take advantage of Sportsbook's odds boost token to get better value than usual.
A $125,000 Wager On The UNDER
The most notable wager on the point total at Sportsbook is a $125K bet on the UNDER 49.5 points for Super Bowl 59. At the current -105 odds on the UNDER, this bet would pay out a total of $243,750 if it hits.
According to Super Bowl 59 betting handles, 70% of bets and 64% of the money so far has come in on the OVER. This big bet is a fade of the public, which is never a bad idea — especially with the Eagles' and Chiefs' defenses both ranking top-four in the NFL by points allowed this year.
A Super Bowl MVP Bet That Pays Out +10000?
Probably the most insane wager I've seen placed on Super Bowl 59 was the $10 bet at Sportsbook on Landon Dickerson to win MVP at +100000. We have never seen an offensive lineman win this award before and I don't even know how we'd get a game outcome where this is possible. What's even worse? Dickerson is currently battling a knee injury that has hampered him the last few weeks.
There have been a couple other notable Super Bowl MVP bets come in early at Sportsbook, as well:
- $25,000 on Travis Kelce +1500 to win Super Bowl MVP
- $1,500 on Dallas Goedert +10000 to win Super Bowl MVP
I like these bets a lot more than that $10 donation on Dickerson. Goedert at +10000 seems like the best value of this trio of bets though, as he faces a Chiefs defense that allowed the most yards in football to opposing tight ends this year. Earlier this year, Goedert posted 170 yards on 10 catches against the Saints and we'll need him to post that kind of day again to steal MVP from Saquon or Hurts.

High-Payout Super Bowl 59 Props
For you hyper-specific, very-profitable prop fans, some bettors are looking for big payouts in these markets this year. Here are two notable high-yield props placed at Sportsbook:
- $2,000 on correct score Chiefs 27-23 Eagles +17500
- $10 on Noah Gray to score 1st TD / Kareem Hunt to score 2nd TD +17500
Honestly, I really like this second bet, which would pay out $1,760 on $10 if Gray and Hunt open the scoring in order. Gray scored three touchdowns on the year, but did open the scoring in one Chiefs game. Hunt has scored touchdowns in his last four games, with three of those happening in the first half.
