Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Karl-Anthony towns OVER 19.5 Points

It appears Minnesota's coaching staff now trusts Karl-Anthony Towns to go beyond the 30-minute mark since returning from injury on April 12, as he's done so in each of his last three games after failing to do so in his first five games back.

More playing time means more opportunities to score, and the All-Star forward has done just that averaging 25 points in his last three playoff games while shooting 64.4 percent from the field and 60 percent from 3-point range. He scored at least 20 points in each of those games, which would nail the OVER on Friday.

The Timberwolves went 26-10 in 2023-24 when Towns scored 20 or more, and are a perfect 3-0 during these playoffs as well. Anthony Edwards has the perfect Robin to his Batman on offense, and that's translated well in more ways than one. Back at the Target Center, expect Towns' reign of terror over the Nuggets to continue.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Nikola Jokic OVER 12.5 Rebounds

The now three-time Most Valuable Player is literally lapping the field on his own team when it comes to rebounding, with his 15.2 boards per game against Minnesota literally being twice as many as the second-most on the roster with Aaron Gordon averaging 7.6 in two games.

Denver's only depth at center behind Jokic being the seldom-used former All-Star DeAndre Jordan is cause for concern from a basketball standpoint, but from a betting perspective, it undoubtedly enhances the probability of Jokic connecting on a multitude of player props.

Needing 13 rebounds on Friday to hit the OVER should be a breeze when considering Jokic has grabbed at least that in all but two playoff games this year, although one of the lone blemishes came in Game 1 against the Timberwolves when he secured a team-best eight in 40 minutes. This is a do-or-die situation for the champs, and Jokic will be expected to play most of this game no matter what the scoreboard suggests.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Naz Reid OVER 9.5 Points

At plus money, you really can't go wrong with the newly-crowned Sixth Man of the Year needing to score in double digits after registering 16 and 14 points in Games 1 and 2 of this series, respectively.

The return of Rudy Gobert to the lineup for Minnesota shouldn't cut into Reid's playing time in the frontcourt too much. While Reid did attempt three more shots in six more minutes of action in Game 2, he actually ended with more points and was more efficient in Game 1, which included a 14-point fourth quarter.

The low-player prop is quite peculiar, but one bettors need to be taking advantage of. Reid has scored 10 or more points this postseason in four of his six appearances and did so two out of three times against the Nuggets during the regular season.
