NBA Playoffs 2024 Same-Game Parlay: Bucks vs. Pacers Game 3

The Giannis Antetokounmpo-less Milwaukee Bucks couldn't snag both games at Fiserv Forum, so now they'll move forward to Friday at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse hoping to steal a game on the road locked 1-1 in their best-of-seven series with the Indiana Pacers

Let's put together a same-game parlay and win some money.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Indiana Pacers ATS -6

The Pacers' performance in Game 2 winning 125-108 in Milwaukee's backyard was reflective of the success they had during the regular season taking four of five games against the Bucks, two of which were on the road and three of which were by nine or more points.

Antetokounmpo's absence is an obvious hindrance to Milwaukee, but Indiana has taken advantage of that and fed Pascal Siakam early and often to exploit mismatches in the frontcourt. No one on the Bucks has the combination of size, speed, and agility to keep Siakam in front of them, which explains why he's averaged a ridiculous 36.5 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists on 64.6 percent shooting across the opening two contests.

Indiana went 12-2 SU and 9-4-1 in 2023-24 when favored at home by at least six points, with two of those wins on both fronts coming against the visiting Bucks. The team averages 3.8 more points per 100 possessions in front of their home crowd, as well. If Game 2 was any indication, Milwaukee may need to strap an oxygen tank to its back to keep up with the high-octane, fast-paced offense the Pacers are about to dish out on Friday with an earlier start.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Myles Turner OVER 19.5 Points

Myles Turner is averaging 19.5 points on 43.8 percent shooting and 40 percent from 3-point range through two games against the Bucks, which is nearly identical to what he contributed against Milwaukee across five appearances during the season, averaging 19.4 points on a greater shooting efficiency at 54.8 percent.

He toppled the 19.5-point mark set for Friday in Game 2 with 22 points on 15 shot attempts, and nearly did so in Game 1 with 17 points, falling short after connecting on just 5-of-17 from the field.

Turner recorded three games of 20 or more points against the Bucks, not including his Game 2 output. Since All-Star guard Tyrese Haliburton seems more focused on distributing the rock rather than putting it through the hoop with 10 assists to just 8.5 shot attempts, Turner - who's the team's second-leading scorer, mind you - can feed off of that ratio for more looks and greater odds at reaching the OVER on his point prop.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Bobby Portis To Record 10+ Rebounds

It's a boring leg to complete this same-game parlay, but there's nothing wrong with playing it a bit safe every now and then to make bank in the world of NBA betting.

Bobby Portis registered exactly 11 rebounds in Games 1 and 2, respectively, and grabbed double-digit boards five out of a possible nine times during the season when Antetokounmpo was sidelined.

His 22 total boards are seven more than anyone else on the Bucks, and 16 more than 7-footer Brook Lopez who only has six through two appearances.

Shots will be going up in abundance on Friday in what should be a high-scoring affair, and someone has to be hovering around the glass to gobble up loose balls. That's Portis' time to shine.
