For all NBA games scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2024, here are three spread, moneyline, and OVER/UNDER you need to strongly consider making:

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Memphis Grizzlies

Team | Spread | Money | Total |
---|---|---|---|
Los Angeles Lakers | -3.5 (-114) | -164 | O 222 (-112) |
Memphis Grizzlies | +3.5 (-106) | +133 | U 222 (-108) |
Pick: Los Angeles Lakers ML
Strap an oxygen tank to the back of the Los Angeles Lakers after going to double overtime against the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night. All-Star Anthony Davis ended up playing the most of any Laker in a single game since 2012 at just under 53 minutes.
One player who didn't take the floor that night, though, was LeBron James. He's probable to play against the Memphis Grizzlies after sitting out to tend to his nagging ankle.
Los Angeles has prevailed nine-straight times on the moneyline when favored by at least 3.5 points. Even with little rest after pushing themselves to the limit in Milwaukee, that aforementioned streak should continue at the FedExForum.
New York Knicks Vs. Toronto Raptors
Matchup Page: New York Knicks vs. Toronto Raptors, 7:30 p.m. ET
Team | Spread | Money | Total |
---|---|---|---|
New York Knicks | -13.5 (-106) | -950 | O 210.5 (-110) |
Toronto Raptors | +13.5 (-114) | +640 | U 210.5 (-110) |
Pick: New York Knicks ATS -13.5
We've been down this road several times before with the Toronto Raptors, and while it feels like kicking the team when they're down by constantly going to the ATS well, it still feels right until they get some bodies back.
Wednesday's spread of 13.5 points is tied for the second-worst margin for a Raptors home game in franchise history. Toronto has dropped a league-worst 11-straight games dating back to March 3 and has covered the spread with a 1-6 record over its last seven outings.
The New York Knicks are winners of six of their last seven games SU and won't let up on the Raptors in the slightest. Yes, the Knicks are only 1-2 ATS when favored by 13.5 or more points in 2023-24, but it's hard not to like their chances of going above and beyond that mark against Toronto's skeleton crew.
Houston Rockets Vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
Matchup Page: Houston Rockets vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
Team | Spread | Money | Total |
---|---|---|---|
Houston Rockets | +7.5 (-112) | +230 | O 231 (-110) |
Oklahoma City Thunder | -7.5 (-108) | -280 | U 231 (-110) |
Pick: OVER 231 Total Points
The juicy bet here would be whether or not the Houston Rockets can extend their winning streak to 10 games and knock off one of the best teams in the West. We're going to take the OVER/UNDER for this matchup, though.
The Oklahoma City Thunder lead the league in points per game when playing on the second night of a back-to-back slate at a staggering 127.3 points. They just scored 119 points on the road against the New Orleans Pelicans in a victory on Tuesday.
The total has gone OVER in five of Houston's last six games, as well. The one deterrent here would be these two teams have only combined to score more than 231 points once across their three meetings this season. It's all about what you've done for me lately, though, with the Rockets and Thunder ranking second and seventh in points over the last 10 games, respectively.
