Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks are small road favorites Monday in Bucks vs Knicks odds.

Morning Dunk: Giannis In Full Throttle

Let’s jump into today’s edition of The Morning Dunk where we bring you the latest and greatest from NBA hardwood.

Tatum’s Terrific

Jayson Tatum lit up the scoreboard like a Christmas tree (too soon?) last night. Leaving the Hornets buzzing in confusion with his blend of artistry and smooth athleticism, Tatum once again showcased why he’s one of the premier talents in the league.

Tatum dropped an insane 31 points, eight rebounds, and four assists in the first half alone. He’s still +750 to win MVP by the way.

Meanwhile, LaMelo Ball was up to his usual tricks, finishing with 36 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists in the narrow win over Boston.

Rocky Road Battle in Detroit

The reigning NBA Champion Denver Nuggets had their hands full on the road against the Detroit Pistons last night. Detroit proved to be a tough out after NBA Finals MVP Nikola Jokic was ejected right before halftime.

The game turned into a gritty, grind-it-out affair from there — a game the Nuggets ultimately held onto despite a push from Cade Cunningham, Marvin Bagley, and the Pistons.

Giannis in Full Throttle

Another day, another masterclass from two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. The Greek Freak stuffed the stat sheet with 20 points, eight rebounds, and five assists in the first half alone.

Washington’s young squad had no answer for Giannis’s power, as he continually weaved his way through their Swiss cheese defense with ease. He finished just shy of a triple-double with 42 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists in the Bucks victory. At +1000, Giannis represents incredible value on the NBA MVP odds board.

Dame Lillard dropped 22 points of his own to help carry Milwaukee to its 10th victory of the season. Despite their early season struggles, the Bucks sit third in the Eastern Conference standings at 10-4. Just another day at the office for the Greek Freak and Dame Time, but for us basketball fans, it’s a reminder of why we love this game.
