c: morgan frost vs seattle

With 10 points in his last 10 games, Frost is showing signs of development and growth under Tortorella. It’s taken a few years for Frost to finally find his footing at the NHL level, but he’s found his form and has been a contributor to the Flyers promising start to the season. Playing in the middle of wingers Joel Farabee and Travis Konecny, the 24-year-old's game has taken off into a bigger role.

In his last five outings, Frost is averaging 9.22 fantasy points, with his last game being a whopping 17.6 fantasy points.

C: adam lowry vs pittsburgh

Not the most offensive player, but captain Lowry leads his team in different ways and has been a huge factor in the teams success this season.

Lowry is a big physical center who has no fear in sacrificing his body by blocking shots. With his big 6-foot-5 frame, he has no problem making hits and dropping the gloves when need be. With his 23 points so far this season, Lowry is on pace for a career-high in points at 38.

W: clayton keller vs nashville

Keller is the offensive catalyst for the Coyotes, using his lethal one timer side on the first powerplay unit. With seven goals and five assists in his last 10 games, Keller is doing everything he can to try and keep the Coyotes slim playoff hopes alive.

Also playing on the teams top line, the 25-year-old gets top minutes and is always around the net hungry to finish any chance he gets. In his last 10 games, Keller is averaging 15.27 fantasy points per game.

W: travis konecny vs seattle

With the Flyers rolling, Konecny has been the stand out top dog for the team. Currently leading the team in scoring with 45 points, Konecny is on pace for a career-high of 71 points. Count on the 26-year-old to be around the net jamming away. On pace for a career-high 38 goals, Konecny has shown his finish all season.

W: martin necas vs new jersey

Coming off a hat trick in his last game, Necas has really elevated his performance at the right time for the Hurricanes. With a few stints on the teams fourth line this year, Necas has been promoted to the second line. This move has paid as the Czech looks dangerous every shift. At $5,000 against the cap, Necas is a steal who also averages a respectable 10.3 fantasy points per game. In his last 5 games Necas has elevated himself and has averaged 18.36 fantasy points per game.

d: roman josi vs arizona

The former Norris Trophy winner has been elite this season. The two-way defenseman has always been one of the NHL’s top scoring d-man. This season is no different as Josi currently has 45 points and is on pace for 72 points. In his last 10 games, Josi has 13 points and has averaged 16.06 fantasy points per game.

D: josh morrissey vs pittsburgh

Coming into his own the past two years, Morrissey has been strong on both ends of the ice. On pace for 59 points this season, the former first-round pick has shown that his 76 points last season was not a fluke.  One way or another Morrissey is going to get the job done for the Jets and your fantasy lineup. At a solid $5,400 against the cap, the 28-year-old averages a solid 10.7 fantasy points per game.

G: connor hellebuyck vs pittsburgh

This year's Vezina front runner, Hellebuyck has been one of the focal points for the Winnipeg Jets having a soaring season. The massive 6-foot-4 netminder is a tall task for any player to put the puck past. Rocking a ridiculous 23-10-3 record, Hellebuyck has an incredible 2.22 GAA and a .923SV%. At a steep $8,000 price tag, Hellebuyck backs it up with an average of 15.5 fantasy points per game.

UTIL: Ryan nugent-Hopkins vs Los angeles

Fresh off a career-year 104 point season, Nugent-Hopkins hasn’t taken a step back as he currently is on pace for a respectable 77 points. Playing on the teams top powerplay unit alongside top dogs McDavid and Draisaitl, Nugent-Hopkins is almost guaranteed for a point each night. At $5,700 against the cap, the former first overall pick will help any fantasy line up stay under budget. He currently averages 10.6 fantasy points per game.
