After the last round of qualifying, there are now 21 teams that have qualified for next summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
There are still 11 spots up for grabs in some huge home and away playoffs and one more round of qualifying in the African region. Importantly, eight teams are set to battle next month as Europe sends its final four reps to World Cup 2014.

In Africa there is one more leg of a home and away tie. Ghana, Nigeria, and Ivory Coast are in the driver’s seat in their quest to qualify. In the first leg of their respective ties Ghana was at home and crushed Egypt 6-1, Ivory Coast was at home and beat Senegal 3-1, and Nigeria was the away team and beat Ethiopia 2-1.
