UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Henderson

UFC Fight Night betting action for the Shogun vs. Henderson card is already live at the sportsbooks, including prop and OVER/UNDER lines. Headlining the event is the long anticipated re-match between Mauricio Rua and Dan Henderson. UFC betting action is also available on all 12 fights, including relevant bouts in both the Middle and Lightweight divisions.

The first meeting between Rua and Henderson was so entertaining it won 2011 Fight of the Year honors and UFC betting fans have been waiting for the rematch ever since. Both fighters have had mixed results since they last met, but it’s Henderson who has dropped three straight and is currently listed as a Sportsbook +195 UFC odds underdog.

Rua had an impressive outing in his last fight scoring a wild KO win and he is expected to be too much for Henderson to handle this time around. He is coming with an MMA odds -235 price but more value may be found in the Sportsbook prop bet options; a couple of good ones include +145 MMA odds for fight goes to decision or -170 on the fight going OVER 2.5 rounds.

Former Ultimate Fighter finalist C.B. Dollaway will look to get back to his winning ways with a win over The Ultimate Fighter Brazil Sportsbook Cezar Ferreira. As the +155 underdog at Sportsbook, Dollaway will have to keep the fight standing to have the best chance of paying out. Ferreira will bring elite grappling and a 3-0 record in the Octagon as the -195 Sportsbook favorite on the UFC Fight Night odds.

UFC odds on the Leonardo Santos vs. Norman Parke fight currently have Parke handicapped as the -245 favorite. Both fighters will bring long winning streaks into the Octagon on Saturday, but Santos will bring a potential +175 payday if he is the one who is able to keep his streak alive. His best chance will be to take the fight to the ground and work his submission game.
