Benjamin Eckstein’s Circus Celebration

LAS VEGAS — FREE!!!

CIRCUS CIRCUS! This is the largest permanent circus in the world and one of the most popular FREE shows in Vegas. We’ve been a handful of times, and suggest that you give it a whirl. You’ll find jugglers, unicyclists, acrobats and aerialists performing crazy stunts high above the casino floor.

The shows start at 11:30 a.m. and run every hour until past midnight. And each show is only about 10 minutes long. Every show has a different troupe of performers, so you could catch a different show each hour. There are only a few seats and we would recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime. You should bring the kids, they’ll love it, but if you wanna go without, there’s the midway that has more than 200 games. Been there, done that and it’s VERY cool!

TRENDS!!!

You want perfection? Them I’m gonna hit you with a trend that has been PERFECTO the last seven years. For some strange reason, the Colts have not won AT Jacksonville since 2014. That’s right. OH & SEVEN straight up and OH & SEVEN against the spread. Indy opened up as a 4-point favorite and looked kinda BLAH in a 20-20 tie against the Texans. Which way you gonna go? You gonna follow the trend or buck perfection?

TECTONIC LINE MOVEMENT!!!

The Cowboys were pegged as a small 2-point favorite over the Bengals this Sunday. That was BEFORE QB Dak Prescott busted up a finger. Now he is supposed to be gone for six to eight weeks. Without Dak, bettors SMOKED the line, and Cincy is now all the way up to -8. My calculator tells me that is a TEN-POINT SWING, and if you were smart enough to jump on the ’Boys before the Dak injury, BRAVO. And can I have your phone number PLZ???

And speaking of Dak, you probably did hours, maybe days, maybe weeks, maybe a couple of months scouring the total wins prop for each team, and then you bet on Dallas. Coulda been an OUCH! However, PointsBet sportsbook announced Monday that it will settle all Cowboys win total UNDER bets as wins. So, all you folks who picked Dallas to finish with less than 10.5 wins will receive an early payout! WHEW!

SportsbookS ONLY!!!

Gonna piggyback on our Sportsbook this past Saturday when we threw you Appalachian State +19 points over Texas A&M. Honestly didn’t expect App State to win outright, but hey, we took a small taste of the moneyline, and you’ll hear absolutely NO complaints from this keyboard. So, with that in mind, we’re heading north tonight and gonna try the Blue Jays over the Rays.

Toronto sends Alek Manoah to the mound, and unless he’s pitching against the Yankees, we LOVE him. He has been DEALING some serious heat the last four times out, allowing only three earned runs over 28 innings. You know that works out to an INVISIBLE 0.96 ERA, and one of the reasons that the Jays have won nine of the last 11 (not including this afternoon’s game). Manoah is scheduled to toe the slab in the second game of the doubleheader, but if for some reason the Jays opt for a different arm, WASH the bet. Otherwise, gimme the NORTH for the money!
