Indiana Pacers vs. Los Angeles Clippers
The Game: Indiana Pacers vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10:30 p.m. ET
Team | Spread | Money | Total |
---|---|---|---|
Indiana Pacers | +6 (-114) | +188 | O 233 (-110) |
Los Angeles Clippers | -6 (-106) | -225 | U 233 (-110) |
Pick: Indiana Pacers ATS +6
The Los Angeles Clippers are expected to get Russell Westbrook back in the rotation against the visiting Indiana Pacers after he's been out of action since March 3 with a broken hand.
Indiana is 6-6-1 this season when entering a game as an underdog by six or more points with a 4-9 record SU. They've covered four of the last six instances, though, with one of the blemishes being a push.
The Clippers have covered just once in their last five games, and are on the second night of a back-to-back slate after losing to the Philadelphia 76ers at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday. The Pacers are averaging the third-most points in basketball over the last seven games at 123.4, and even with Westbrook possibly returning, Los Angeles will have its hands full keeping such a potent offense at bay on no rest.
Brooklyn Nets vs. Toronto Raptors
The Game: Brooklyn Nets vs. Toronto Raptors, 7:30 p.m. ET
Team | Spread | Money | Total |
---|---|---|---|
Brooklyn Nets | -6.5 (-110) | -235 | O 219 (-110) |
Toronto Raptors | +6.5 (-110) | +194 | U 219 (-110) |
Pick: Brooklyn Nets ML
Something has to give when the Brooklyn Nets and their six-game losing streak visit Scotiabank Arena to battle the Toronto Raptors and their league-worst 10-game losing skid.
Both teams are in extremely rough shape, but that rings especially true for Toronto with its three leading scorers (Scottie Barnes, RJ Barrett, and Immanuel Quickley) missing time and their two best interior defenders (Jakob Poeltl and Chris Boucher) out, as well.
It's actually in the Raptors' best interest to continue losing games as a means to hopefully preserve a 2024 first-round draft pick that could end up going to the San Antonio Spurs if it falls outside of the top six. They'll put up a fight, but as was the case Friday in a valiant effort against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the lack of talent and fatigue will settle in as the game progresses.
Boston Celtics Vs. Atlanta Hawks
The Game: Boston Celtics vs. Atlanta Hawks, 7:30 p.m. ET
Team | Spread | Money | Total |
---|---|---|---|
Boston Celtics | -10.5 (-110) | -520 | O 224.5 (-110) |
Atlanta Hawks | +10.5 (-110) | +400 | U 224.5 (-110) |
Pick: OVER 224.5 Total Points
The OVER/UNDER market is loving this matchup on paper, as both teams have been red-hot hitting the OVER in recent memory.
The total has gone OVER in five of the Boston Celtics' last six games, as well as four of the Atlanta Hawks' last five games.
The Hawks are missing a ton of their top guys but have kept their scoring up despite those absences. Boston will likely prevail in convincing fashion, but points will be plentiful from both parties as the streak of OVER props connecting continues.
