When you're a perfect 4-0 against one particular team for the season, including a pivotal victory in the in-season tournament, you'd be hard-pressed to find many bettors eager to wager against you when attempting to up that record to 5-0 SU.
With the moneyline odds split right down the middle as of early Thursday morning, riding with the New Orleans Pelicans on the road against the Sacramento Kings at the Golden 1 Center, where they've prevailed twice in their last two meetings, is the way to go here.
New Orleans has won four of its last five games SU as a road underdog while covering the spread on four occasions, as well. Sacramento has also dropped three of its last four SU, so the Pelicans are entering with more momentum as winners of their last two SU.
Nick's Pelicans vs Kings Prop Bet: Harrison Barnes OVER 9.5 Points (-113)
With Keegan Murray questionable with a calf injury I'm betting on him to play on a minutes restriction, if at all tonight against the Pelicans. In his stead, we'll lean on veteran forward Harrison Barnes to rack up some points.
Barnes has averaged nearly 15 points per game without Keegan Murray in the lineup this season, while shooting almost 39% from three. He's also scored in double figures in three of the Kings four matchups with the Pelicans so far this year. I like Barnes far exceed his 9.5 point total.

Avoiding the moneyline is clearly obvious as the Portland Trail Blazers are winless at 0-18 when underdogs of at least 13.5 points. When it comes to covering such a spread, however, this Rip City roster is a respectable 11-6-1 with two covers in its last three outings.
This is the largest spread of the 2023-24 season for the Golden State Warriors, beating the previous mark of 13 points on April 7 against the Utah Jazz in an eight-point victory which fell short of covering. As double-digit favorites, which the Warriors have been in 11 games, they've only accumulated a 5-6 record ATS.
Portland faced Golden State three times in the month of December alone and lost by single digits in the initial two meetings, giving us confidence that a 14-point spread can be managed by the massive underdogs.
Nick's Warriors vs Trail Blazers Player Prop Bet: Scoot Henderson OVER 29.5 Points, Assists, Rebounds (-115)
Scoot Henderson's usage rate has surpassed 23% in 21 of his last 25 games played. With many of their veteran leaders sidelined, the Trail Blazers are in full-on tank mode. Scoot has taken up the mantle of being the Trail Blazer alpha with gusto, averaging nearly 19 points and 9 rebounds over his past ten games.

The rook has played 35+ minutes in seven of his past 10 contests, while jacking an average of six threes per game. He'll easily reach the 30-points, rebounds and assists mark in this one. I'm backing Chris' Blazers ATS pick here, look for Henderson to explode against a vulnerable Warriors defense.

The OVER/UNDER market has been full of hellfire and brimstone in recent weeks as our overall record takes a punch to the gut, but that comes with the territory as offense across the Association dips following a molten-hot surge.
History suggests an OVER bet here, as the Houston Rockets have gone OVER in six consecutive games while the Utah Jazz have done so in four of their last five.
Utah has evidently thrown in the towel as it's in the midst of a 13-game losing streak SU, and with Houston no longer having anything to play for beyond pride, defense should be sparse with points aplenty to get to the OVER here.
Nick's Rockets vs Jazz Player Prop Bet: Jabari Smith OVER 23.5 Points + Rebounds (-118)
Smith has been unconscious for the Rockets of late averaging on over 50% shooting over the past six games.
The former number-three pick has gone OVER 23.5 points and rebounds in five of his last six contests and will run up the stats against a decrepit Utah squad. The Jazz have lost 13 straight and will be without the majority of their starting lineup as Jordan Clarkson, Laurri Markkanen, Colin Sexton and co. continue to sit.
I expect Ime Udoka to let Smith cook in this one. His usage rate has steadily progressed since Alperen Sengun went down. Bet Jabari Smith’s OVER 23.5 points and assists with confidence.
