Philadelphia 76ers Vs. Boston Celtics Same-Game Parlay (Feb. 27, 2024)

The Game: Philadelphia 76ers vs. Boston Celtics, 7:30 p.m. ET

BetOdds
Celtics ATS -12.5-110
Kristaps Porzingis OVER 19.5 Points-113
Tyrese Maxey To Record 6+ Assists-125
Overall+455

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Boston Celtics ATS -12.5

Covering a 12.5-point spread seems ambitious, even for a team with as much momentum as the Celtics currently have. In actuality, though, Boston has covered by at least that much in each of their last three games, which includes a 50-point win over the Brooklyn Nets on Valentine's Day.

Philadelphia is just 5-12 ATS in its last 17 games and has covered only one-third of the time in its last 15 meetings with its Atlantic Division rival.

With just a 4-11 record SU since Jan. 25 with the league's second-worst defense during that stretch (121.2 points allowed per 100 possessions), the Sixers are going to be in a world of hurt trying to slow down the freight train which is the Celtics' No. 1-ranked scoring attack.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Kristaps Porzingis OVER 19.5 Points

There's no compensating for an absence as gargantuan as Joel Embiid's, especially for a Sixers roster which lacks much size outside of the reigning Most Valuable Player.

Kristaps Porzingis averages 20.5 points while shooting 53.5 percent from the field across 20 games on Boston's home floor. He's scored at least 20 points in five of his last seven appearances, as well.

While he sat the last two games against Philadelphia, Porzingis' 29-point effort earlier in the season on Nov. 8 is a solid indicator of what he's capable of in this type of matchup. Facing little resistance in the Sixers' frontcourt, Porzingis should have a field day here.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Tyrese Maxey To Record 6+ Assists

Tyrese Maxey's usage rate has seen a sizeable jump in 2023-24, going from 24.1 a season ago to now being 27.6.

He's already doubled the amount of games he's had with at least six assists, accomplishing that statistical feat 30 times this year as opposed to just 15 times across 60 appearances in 2022-23.

Maxey has recorded four and five dimes in two games against the Celtics, respectively, and while he'll be called on to carry the offensive load in a game that could get ugly on the scoreboard, an extra assist or two is absolutely in play here.
