NBA Same-Game Parlay Tonight: Celtics vs. Nuggets

In a potential preview of the 2024 NBA Finals featuring the two betting favorites to hoist the Larry O'Brien trophy at the end of the campaign, the Boston Celtics travel to the Mile High City to take on Nikola Jokic and the reigning champion Denver Nuggets on Thursday night.

Let's put together a same-game parlay for this matchup and win some money.

Boston Celtics Vs. Denver Nuggets Same-Game Parlay (March 7, 2024)

The Game: Boston Celtics vs. Denver Nuggets, 10 p.m. ET

BetOdds
Boston Celtics ML-102
Jamal Murray OVER 22.5 Points-111
Michael Porter Jr. 3+ Made 3-Pointers-130
Overall+614

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 1: Boston Celtics ML

Jaylen Brown's status could impact the probability of this prop connecting, as the All-Star guard is currently listed as questionable with a sacroiliac strain. Boston is still 5-0 without his services this season, but four of those wins came against teams which currently have losing records.

The Jan. 19 meeting between the two powerhouses culminated in a slight 102-100 win for the visiting Nuggets at TD Garden, with Boston having a full arsenal at its disposal for one of just three home losses its suffered all season.

Coming off a 105-104 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday which ended their 11-game winning streak, and knowing they've lost once already to Denver this season, the Celtics will want to get back in the win column by reestablishing their dominance against the current titleholders in their backyard.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 2: Jamal Murray OVER 22.5 Points

Two-time Most Valuable Player Nikola Jokic is usually the safer play when incorporating player props into a same-game parlay, but for the sake of this showdown, let's ride the hot hand of Jamal Murray and hopefully make bank on another stellar offensive performance.

Murray has toppled Thursday's 22.5 point total in four of his last five games, with the lone blemish coming on Feb. 29 against the Miami Heat when he exited early due to a ankle injury.

He had a game-high 35 points on 15-of-21 shooting from the field the last time around against the Celtics, who currently rank second overall with a defense which allows just 110.2 points per 100 possessions. Not many players can torch Boston like that, and Murray has proven once before that he's more than capable of doing so again.

Same-Game Parlay Pick No. 3: Michael Porter Jr. 3+ Made 3-Pointers

Speaking of hot hands, only six other players can say they've connected on as many or more 3-pointers than Michael Porter Jr. over the last three games.

The 25-year-old has converted 13-of-27 shots from behind the arc during that span at a 48.1 percent clip on nine attempts per game.

With that degree of output from deep as of late, making three 3-pointers against the Celtics may prove to be conservative, even though he only made one on Jan. 19.
