Only two other teams are still undefeated heading into Week 9 - Florida State and Marshall. The No. 2 Seminoles are on a bye this week, while the Thundering Herd are big 28-point favorites at home against Florida Atlantic. Unheralded Marshall, out of Conference USA, is 7-0 SU and 5-1-1 ATS on the season but sits at No. 23 in the AP Top 25.

Rounding out the Top 10 in the AP Top 25 heading into the weekend are No. 4 Alabama, No. 5 Auburn, No. 6 Oregon, No. 7 Notre Dame, No. 8 Michigan State, No. 9 Georgia, and No. 10 TCU - with each of those teams having one loss on the season. The fourth-ranked Crimson Tide will be looking to move up the rankings by taking care of business as an 18-point road favorite against Tennessee on Saturday night.

And capping off Saturday's college football betting slate is a ranked battle between No. 20 USC and No. 19 Utah at Rice-Eccles Stadium, with the Utes slim 1-point home favorites for the contest. Utah enters the game just 2-5 ATS in its last seven home games against fellow Pac-12 teams, while USC is 4-1 ATS in its last five road games against Pac-12 teams.
