NHL Goal In The First 10 Minutes Odds: Jets To Regroup Against Sharks

The NHL has plenty of games and plenty of action for us to indulge in. There's a variety of player and game props to choose from -- including whether a goal will be scored in the opening 10 minutes.

NHL Prop #1 - Florida Panthers vs Pittsburgh Penguins

NHL Prop #2 - San Jose Sharks vs Winnipeg Jets

NHL Prop #3 - Minnesota Wild vs Arizona Coyotes

NHL goal in the first 10 minutes Odds & Picks: february 14

Of the NHL matchups tonight so here are the ones to bet on for a goal in the first 10 minutes.

florida panthers vs pittsburgh penguins goal in the first 9m 59s of period - YES (-150)

Florida and Pittsburgh went head-to-head a few weeks ago, with the Panthers taking home the 3-2 SO victory. But, both came storming onto the ice with each scoring in the first five minutes. Florida is also hot right now, winning six of its last seven and fresh off a 4-0 shutout. I'll rely on these two to copy what they did in late January.

san jose sharks vs winnipeg jets goal in the first 9m 59s of period - YES (-155)

I mentioned this in my shots on goal prop picks for tonight that it's hard not to expect a high-scoring affair in this matchup. Though, it'll be one sided. Winnipeg (2.34 GPG), the league's best defense, meets the worst. Even though the Jets have been on a skid, losing four of their last five, now is the perfect time to regroup and gain some confidence by showing no mercy on the Sharks. Winnipeg won't want to waste anytime finding its groove at Canada life Centre.

minnesota wild vs arizona coyotes goal in the first 9m 59s of period - YES (-155)

In their last meeting, the Coyotes capitalized in the first period by netting three goals against the Wild. Was it a fluke? I don't think so. Ever since that meeting, Arizona, riding a six-game skid, has scored in the opening 10 minutes in five of the 10 games that followed. If you look at first period goals as a whole, then the Yotes have put the puck in the net seven times in their last ten.

Carrying three straight wins into this appearance, the Wild has gotten on the board just outside the 10-minute mark in their last three outings, too.
