Conor McGregor could headline UFC 300

UFC 300 Odds & Picks: Who Will Headline This Historic Event?

UFC 300 is approaching in the first quarter of 2024, and while we don't have an official date for the massive pay-per-view (perhaps March/April), we do know the promotion will pump tons of money into this historic event.

So what could we see at UFC 300? The return of Conor McGregor? Jon Jones' final bout? Three or more title fights?

The speculation is rampant. Here's what we came up with for our UFC 300 odds & picks.

UFC 300 Odds: How many Title Fights?

OVER 2.5-300
UNDER 2.5+200

The oddsmakers are pretty sure we'll have a trifecta of title fights for UFC 300 (75% probability, per our odds calculator). Let's think logically about which championship cycles could line up for March or April.

I like the OVER, even though it's not a lucrative bet. Basically every championship belt, apart from maybe the welterweights (Covington vs Edwards in late 2023) and heavyweights (Jones vs Miocic) should be available.

Dana White tried to put up three title fights at UFC 200, but it all fell apart. Now he'll get his revenge.

UFC 300 Odds: Where Will The Event Be Held?

Fight Venue Odds
VenueOdds
T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas)-110
Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas)+130
Madison Square Garden (New York)+450
AT&T Stadium (Arlington, Texas)+850
Wembley Stadium (London)+1200
Aviva Stadium (Dublin)+2000
Du Forum (UAE)+2500

Vegas is chalked, which makes sense, but you've got to think the UFC spices things up for an epic card like 300.

Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders, is a fun idea, so that would be my best bet. MSG is unlikely, as the promotion will have just been there for UFC 295. For a long shot, I'd take AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, at +850.

UFC 300 Odds: Who Will Headline?

Jon Jones+130
Conor McGregor+220
Israel Adesanya+225
Michael Chandler+250
Tyson Fury+350
Mark Zuckerberg+500
Elon Musk+500
Islam Makhachev+500
Khamzat Chimaev+950
Alexander Volkanovski+950
Khabib Nurmagomedov+1800
Ronda Rousey+2000

This is a fun one. I think Jones will retire after UFC 295, so he's off my list. I like the idea of McGregor-Chandler being pushed to UFC 300, but I think those two settle their differences before then.

My best bet is Israel Adesanya at +225. He has strong name value; he's one of the best champs in UFC history, and he stays very active — love him for that part.

For longshot value, I like Islam Makhachev (+500), as the timing works out, and Alexander Volkanovski (+950). Will Musk vs Zuck (+500) actually happen at UFC 300? It's not impossible, but there's no way a celebrity fight headlines this card.
