March Madness is in full swing! Here's hoping you're still alive in your office pools and bracket challenges. Maybe you need to rebuild that bankroll, or you just want a quick payout as you wait for your National Championship or Most Outstanding Player futures to smack. Whatever the case, NCAAB Race to 10 bets offers you a quick way to cash out.
Dive into my Race to 10 bets for Sunday's round of 32 slate below:
Duke vs James Madison
Matchup: Duke vs James Madison 5:15pm ET
Team | Odds | Record |
---|---|---|
Duke | -160 | 25-8 |
James Madison | +115 | 31-3 |
Pick: James Madison +115
While I can't agree with my fellow experts who have jumped on the Dukes' hypetrain, I do believe there's a ton of value on James Madison in the race to 10. The Dukes play at pace, and have done an excellent job knocking down shots on their 14-game winning streak.
Mark Byington's men score 40 points a first-half this season, and have knocked down over 36% from three. While I believe Duke pulls away in the second-half, the Blue Devils historically start slow. I like the Dukes to win the race to 10 at +115.
Alabama vs Grand Canyon
Matchup: Alabama vs Grand Canyon 7:10pm ET
Team | Odds | Record |
---|---|---|
Alabama | -155 | 22-11 |
Grand Canyon | +110 | 30-4 |
Pick: Alabama -155
Alabama plays at one of the quickest paces in the country (5th) and this team can shoot the lights out (37% from three). While Grand Canyon upset St. Mary's I just don't see how the Antelopes keep this one close.

Grand Canyon also likes to run, but they're not nearly as effective at putting the ball in the bucket (72nd in offensive efficiency, Bama is 5th), or rebounding. I fail to see how the Antelopes keep up with Alabama's level of athleticism. This one could get ugly quickly.
San Diego State vs Yale
Matchup: San Diego State vs Yale 9:40pm ET
Team | Odds | Record |
---|---|---|
San Diego State | -155 | 25-10 |
Yale | +110 | 23-9 |
Pick: Yale +110
Yale has the blueprint of a quintessential March Madness giant killer. They play at one of the slowest paces in the nation (328th) and knock down over 36% of threes. The Bulldogs knocked down nine three-pointers on 45% shooting from beyond the arc against Auburn, and I think they can knock down a couple early here against San Diego State.
The Aztecs excellent defense will show itself as the game progresses, however I like Yale to win the race to 10 and hold an early lead.
