The struggles of Dwayne Haskins Jr. continued as the second-year quarterback completed only 56.8 percent of his passes for 224 passing yards, two passing touchdowns and three interceptions. Washington fell to 1-2 SU and ATS on the season and 1-6 SU and 2-5 ATS over its last seven games.
Head coach Ron Rivera stated after the game that the rest of the team “deserved better” than what Haskins has given them. With Washington currently tied for first place in the lowly NFC East and a healthy Alex Smith on the roster, Haskins may need a strong game against Baltimore to secure his role as Washington’s starter moving forward.
