Week 4 NFL Betting Trends

The upsets came fast and furious in Week 3, with nine underdogs winning outright and online sportsbooks enjoying a huge payday as dogs went 11-5 ATS.

It was capped on Monday night with the controversial TD/INT that cost the Packers a victory and cost Green Bay bettors a payday.

It was estimated that the referee decision – and resulting swing in the point spread results - resulted in $1 billion globally changing hands on that final play. A Packer cover at -3 if the score stayed 12-7 turned into a Seattle win (including moneyline bets) at 14-12.
