Pittsburgh vs Birmingham: Stallions -6.5 (-110)

The Stallions (9-2) are looking to earn back-to-back titles in the USFL modern era and they've been favored to do so all season long. The last time these two met, Birmingham nudged past Pittsburgh in a 24-20 win.

Birmingham, which averages a league-high 332.6 YPG, embarrassed New Orleans 47-22 in the South Division finals. At the start of the season, the Stallions future was a tad uncertain with starting quarterback J'Mar Smith out with a finger injury. It was second-stringer Alex McGough that had no time to waste getting settled and the 27-year-old has been the star of the show.

In his first playoff performance, McGough recorded over 300 yards and five total touchdowns. Those stats compliments his regular season pile of 20 passing touchdowns (ranked first) and 2,104 yards (ranked third).

I would stay clear of betting on the total here. While I do expect both groups to go all out for the final showdown, the Maulers defense will limit the Stallions. Pittsburgh finished the year allowing the second-least 17 PPG and only have up 13 points in the final two games of its regular season schedule.

But, McGough is going to want to end his story of success with Birmingham earning back-to-back championships, a perfect way to wrap this fairytale with a pretty bow.

How To Bet On USFL Betting Odds:

While you can bet on spreads and point totals, one of the easiest ways to bet on USFL betting odds is through a moneyline. This moneyline bet means you simply pick which side you think will win between the favorite (signaled with a minus sign) and the underdog (with a plus).

A USFL moneyline of +200 means that you would win $200 on a successful $100 wager. That’s also equivalent to fractional odds of 2/1, decimal odds of 3.00 and implied odds of 33.33 percent. A negative moneyline of -200 means that you would have to wager $200 in order to win $100 on the favorite.
