Our Top NFL Season Player Props: Running Backs

NFL Season RB Player Props 2022

Below find a complete selection of NFL running back prop bets from, including some of our featured picks and breakdowns:

AJ Dillon OVER 5.5 TD (-170)

Despite starting just two games last year and splitting time with Aaron Jones, Dillon still nabbed five rushing touchdowns in 2021. Jones is still there to poach some carries but Dillon could take another big jump this season with Jones transitioning more into the pass game with the departure of Davante Adams.

Dillon was a rushing touchdown machine in college, earning 38 scores across his three seasons at Boston College, and that began to translate to the NFL last year. He had seven more attempts than Jones in the red zone last year, and he’ll stay the primary touchdown option into 2022.

Breece Hall UNDER 850.5 Rushing Yards (-150)

Breece Hall is the Jets RB1, but hes certainly not the only back who will get touches this season. New York likes what they have in Michael Carter, who rushed for 640 yards in his rookie season last year, and even kept Ty Johnson and Zonovan Knight on the roster as running back depth.

Carter flashed some real starter upside last year, with 4.3 yards per attempt and solid play in the passing game. If he continues to grow as a backfield weapon, New Yorks RB2 will command significant touches and playing time, taking away reps from the rookie Hall. Baking in the other potential avenues for an UNDER here (injury, poor performance), there arent too many reasons to hit the OVER on Hall.

You can lock in a Breece Hall bet, or any of these RB prop bets, over at

Najee Harris UNDER 1,150.5 Rushing Yards (-180)

Najee Harris’ rookie season went about as well as a rookie RB season can go. The Pro Bowler led the NFL in total touches, playing every game and rushing for 1,200 yards. This OVER/UNDER number expects basically no regression, and it’s hard to see that happening.

The Steelers still have one of the worst offensive lines in football, ranked 30th by Sharp Football Analysis, and won’t be helping Harris much this year. Even if he leads the NFL in touches again, it’s tough to see him staying efficient enough behind this Steelers OL to reach 1,150 rushing yards.

Nick Chubb OVER 9.5 Rushing TD (-115)

Over the last two seasons, Nick Chubb has scored 20 rushing touchdowns in just 26 total games. He’s one of the best red-zone backs in the league, averaging 3.2 yards per carry inside the 20-yard line, and a full-season workload will have him hitting this OVER easily.

Even with Kareem Hunt around, Chubb should be able to snag this OVER. But, the Browns’ RB2 recently requested a trade, and if Hunt is shipped out, that opens up Chubb’s 2022 potential even more.
