Josh Allen | +1800 |
Mahomes ran away with the passing yard leader last year, outperforming every other QB by 500 yards. But, Justin Herbert may force the issue in 2023. This Chargers' offense has always been built to throw the pigskin, but now with Jordan Addison joining a receiving group with Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, and Austin Ekeler out of the backfield, Herberts gonna have a lot of weapons to get the ball down field.
Best Bet: Justin Herbert +250

Saquon Barkley | +2000 |
Tony Pollard | +2000 |
Joe Mixon | +2000 |
Miles Sanders | +2000 |
There are some intriguing options on these 2023 NFL rushing leader odds. Why is Josh Jacobs, who just won the title by 100 yards last year, so low? Can Tony Pollard, now the only back in Dallas, take another leap?
But, I think the best value here is shared between the rookie Robinson (who I discussed above) and New England's Stevenson. The Patriots' lead back started just seven games last year and split carries for most of the season, but still finished with 1040 yards and 5.0 yards per attempt. If Belichick is willing to hand him the keys to the entire rushing attack this season, Stevenson could push 1200 yards and lead the league.
Best Bet: Rhamondre Stevenson (+1800)

Garrett Wilson snagged 1100 receiving yards and four touchdowns last season despite an ever-changing QB room of Zach Wilson, Joe Flacco, and a few other guys who I already forget. I'm not entirely convinced Aaron Rodgers will lead the Jets to the Super Bowl, but he's certainly an upgrade on last year's New York QB options. With a better passer in the mix and another year in the league, Wilson could take a monumental step forward.
Best Bet: Garrett Wilson (+1400)

T.J. Watt led the NFL in sacks in 2020 and 2021, racking up 37.5 total over the two years. The only reason he didn't win the sack crown again last year was because he blew out his pec and missed seven games.
Give me a healthy Watt at these odds all day.

There are a few different directions I could go here, but unfortunately I'm going to be a pessimist. Anthony Richardson is not reaching 2700 yards. The new Colts QB has, rather fairly, been comp'd to Chicagos Justin Fields. In two seasons as a full-time QB with Chicago, Fields hasn't even sniffed 2700 passing yards, topping out at 2242 last year. Unless Richardson is going to suddenly become a real arm talent in Indy, this line is far too high.
Best Rookie Prop Bet: Anthony Richardson UNDER 2700.5 passing yards (-115)

I'm a noted Aaron Rodgers skeptic. But even I'm not this low on the Jets' new QB.
Before last year, Rodgers had bested 4,000 passing yards for four straight seasons. Even last year, he sat at 3700 despite a terrible offensive performance and the Packers' dedication to the run game. With options like Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard in New York, Rodgers should get back above 4000 this year.
Best Quarterback Prop Bet Pick: Aaron Rodger OVER 4000 passing yards (-115)

Sorry Jets fans, it's not gonna be all optimism for me.
Breece Hall's great. In seven games last year before injury, the Jets rookie runner had 463 yards and four scores. But, he's coming of surgery and he may have to split carries with Dalvin Cook if the Jets sign him. I'm not convinced he breaks 850 even if he's healthy for Week 1.

Davante Adams has had the pleasure of snagging passes from Aaron Rodgers and Derek Carr for the past few seasons. Now, he's got game-manager Jimmy Garoppolo.
Jimmy G has been a full-season QB just twice in his NFL career (2019 and 2021). In those seasons, the 49ers had just one receiver snag over 850 yards — and that was Deebo Samuel, who can create a lot of his own yardage.

Kyle Pitts was supposed to transform the tight end position and become the next Gronk. Instead, he took a massive step back in his second season, falling back down to just 356 yards. With Desmond Ridder at QB for the Falcons and Bijan Robinson soaking up plenty of offensive snaps at running back, I'm not sure Pitts ever gets back to his 1,000 rookie season heights... or even close.

I'm actually a huge Sauce fan. I think the Jets' young defensive back is one of the best in the league.
And, that's exactly why I don't think he'll best two picks. Other teams know Gardner is great, so they'll just stay away. They'll target secondary DBs D.J. Reed and Michael Carter II all day, not giving Gardner many opportunities to snag interceptions.
Best Defensive Player Prop Bet Pick: Sauce Gardner UNDER 2.0 Interceptions (-115)
